Apartment Review for Williamsburg Of Cincinnati - Cincinnati, OH

I am beyond frustrated. I am a single female and moved here in April because it is a gated community. I was told that we would have the gates working and security on site. Well, it is now July and we have had 18 break ins and some were with guns. Check the local news, it was on Fox 19!!! They have two pools and you can't even enjoy yourself because the "bay watch wanna be life guards" drink beer with the residents. I have spoken with my attorney and documented all of the above with photos. I am getting out of my lease and I am getting all of the money I paid back. This is not worth the 700 that I pay. The maintenance is terrible. The actual maintenance guys are ok but from I have heard, if they do not do something with the lazy supervisor nothing will change. I agree, he is pretty good at driving his truck around but thats about it!!!!
