Horrible in Williamsurg of Cincinnati

This is the most horrible place I have lived. Sewage flooded the halls and it sat for 3 days. They duck taped my screens in the windows. There was a bug problem, which was not addressed. Buildings were only cleaned once every three to four months. They did not pay electric for common areas and each month there were disconnection notices.  Need to rent an apartment?
