Apartment Review for Willamsburg Of Cincinnati - Cincinnati, OH

1. I moved into this complex because I am paranoid and do not like living in unsafe areas so that is how I ended up here at Williamsburg the “gated community”. This community is not gated at all entrances and therefore my safety is of concern. I have been here since June 30 and it is now APRIL 1 09 and the gate is still not fixed. 2. I also came to this community because of the amenities. This whole entire summer there were no tennis nets to play tennis with. I notified the property manager of this with the inclusion of my rent. 3. -In October, I became aware that Cincinnati Bell entered my apartment without any notification to me. The only way I found out was because one of the workers came to my apartment and told me that they were in my apartment today and that they would be there again the next day, “could you put your dog in a cage.” According to my lease, I must receive written or verbal notification before anyone enters my apartment unless it is an emergent situation. Cincinnati Bell entering my place was not any sort of an emergency. -I then called the management office numerous times regarding this issue because I do not like anyone in my apartment if I don’t know because I have a dog and something could happen to her. NO on called me back, not once addressing this issue. 4. Then 11/25 I called to have my oven fixed the week of thanksgiving. I called the 866------- number that Williamsburg voice mail says to call regarding maintenance issues. Spoke with the lady. No one came to fix it -Called 12/1 was informed that the maintenance request was not showing up in the office of Williamsburg so they re entered it 12/2-maintenance showed up saying that it needed a part 12/3 called to find out how long it was going to be/ also called corporate office, was told _________ would call me back 12/4 No one from either office called back 12/5 called corporate office again -Williamsburg office called and said the part would not be in till next Friday12/12 12/8 called and spoke with Tracy regarding being compensated for being out an oven by the time it would be in for 3 weeks 12/8 Williamsburg called said they would put in another oven some time this week, and I would not be compensated 12/9 Called corporate and Tracy and spoke with both about the compensation, they said they would get back,-no call back 12/19 called at 7am and the at 9 because no one put the request in properly. Roof isn’t fixed.4pm Leaking from the storm since none of the buildings were fixed. 4/1/09 IT HAS NOW TAKEN OVER A WEEK AND A HALF AND MY AIR CONDITIONING STILL ISNT FIXED.. ITS 90* IN MY APARTMENT.. I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE.
