Apartment Review for West Hills Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

First, my appliances don't work...I was told they would be replaced before I move in. They weren't. Fridge is 2 different colors. My AC doesn't work for the second time in less than 8 months. My car has been broken into twice. They were supposed to be putting door locks on the main doors to get into each building, they didn't. They weren't going to add an intercom...just a deadbolt. The neighbors will turn you in for anything while their shiz-tu won't stop barking 24/7. They don't pick up after their dogs, in fact, while leaving my apartment, an unleashed dog ran into my unit and chased my cats and puppy while the owner stood there laughing. Cute. Can't park anywhere near your building after 7 on the weekends. Some drunk that used to live here tried to kick my door in. they didn't do anything about it. It's pretty much the worst experience ever. there's crap all over the entrance of my building I didn't put there or want there and it really gets in the way walking in. I guess my hillbilly neighbor calls it decorations. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. It's dirty, trashy, the people who work here are rude, unless you're paying them. its awful. dont move here.
