Apartment Review for West Hills Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

First, they (management pulls a "bait & switch"..they show you a beautiful apartment in a clean nice building and after you sign the lease they show you something out of a Steven King novel. The place we were to rent was falling apart outside trash everywhere. Even before you got into the inside hallway, there were at least 6 dogs consistently barking and did not stop the entire time! The hallway was filthy! Landry room disgusting! and when we got into the apartment we were to rent we could have died! What a sh_ _ hole!Apartment not painted and needed it, carpet worn and filthy, numerous repairs needed to be done but weren't(& should have) and the entrance door wouldn't even lock! Management stated that the apartment was "habitable" & would not return our money. We should have sued. My advice to prspective tenants..turn around and run away as fast as you can up Harrison avenue and never turn back! Very dishonest people!
