Apartment Review for West Hills Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

I have lived in three other apartment communities and I am surprised to see a low rating....I have always had timely maintenance service and the office is willing to basically be at my beck and call for help. They have community parties and really spend a lot of money to stay on top of community news. I moved my mother in and she was unahppy with her naighbors dog. The ffice got the problem solved in a week. It is wonderful to know they care and truly care.
