Apartment Review for West Hills Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

As far as the staff goes, the office people suck, the Maintenance guys Rock....I do believe instead of planting the flowers they should be fixing more things but that is not the Fault of the Maintenance men, they are doing what they are told. I had my furnace looked at and they told me what needed to be done BUT no one has been back to fix. Hmmmm I have asked for other things to be done but for some reason the office will not write work orders for the Maint to do. Maybe they have a grudge because i speak my mind to them. Hmm, they are letting all typed move in here now, Yeah i remember when i was told one time by old maint that they fixed something in an apt and there were at least 10 people living in a 2 bedroom. They have mice the hallways stink, parking sucks. the spaces in front are supposed to be for residents but no stickers on the cars... Picnic area used to be nice, they need to replace the tables. As far as the stealing goes, it is the kids, i see them going in and out of the bldg all the time, Lil Thomas, Lauren, o0ne big girl that has mental problems and the cops have had to get her a few times n she only 12. The one with the abusive boyfriend, wellm she keeps going back so that's her problem, yeah, heard it too, live bottom floor across from and can here all. They have some lil ole lady doing the cleaning, well trying, i have seen the job she does Ha, funny, i heard they wouldn't call back the old girl that actually did a great job. The residents around here seem to know her very well and speak highly of her, i know her as well and think highly of her, that really sucks that they would do her the way they did, guess she won't be watching and taking care of the pool this year? Who is going to take care of getting the drunks out this time, or the mother and daughter that fight? She handled that last season with Class, not to draw attention and people respected her for that. Well, least we have new front doors, but broken down cabinets and leaky windows half ass running of furnaces, BUT it looks pretty outside.......i'm done with this place...Owners need to get rid of that new manager, jeenie- Stuck up u know what!!!
