Apartment Review for West Hills Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

i have been here 4 years seen the good the bad it seams finally got some good help but peopple still can not follow rules you have more dog shit around then in your nearest park also with the rybolt rd construction traffic is terriable but management are trying to change things they could use aecyrity cameras for the parking lot instead of spending 10 k ayr on flowers id rather be safe and have my car not broken into which has happen 3 x in 4 yrs but its still not as bad as alot of other properties in a year or so when construction is done and help has time to do their changes ill re rate um
