Apartment Review for West Hills Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

Here's the thing, if you want an apartment complex that doesn't follow the rules they make you agree to when you sign your lease, then let me tell you, this is the place for you. If you're looking for an apartment complex that doesn't allow their maintenance take care of your problems, then this is the place for you. Oh, did I mention that there are families of 6plus people living in 2 bedroom apartments? There's enough domestic violence in this apartment complex alone to keep all of greentownship police department busy for the entire year. If you want to be amongst drugs and an abundance of rude neighbors, then this is place you really want to live. What is truly wonderful is that "parents" allow their children to run around the complex, clearly without knowing what their children are doing; the children run around the parking lots and use the irrigation systems to play in during the summer. This is not a place to raise a family, and better yet if you are single you don't want to live here either. While they may not accept section 8 housing vouchers, they might as well. They claim to take pride in the fact that this is not government subsidized housing, but let me tell, this might as well be. It is poorly run, and it is falling down around the residents. But let me tell you, I recommend you do some research about the management before you look into this apartment complex, apparently they hire ANYONE to run this place--- even people that have NO idea what they are doing. And if you try to contact anyone good luck, YOU will NEVER get a returned phone call. Besides, they care more about the way this complex appears from the outside, than anything else. They are so concerned about people having the integrity to care for their environment but they don't seem to take the time to realize that the apartments are falling down AROUND their residents. The grass will ALWAYS be green, but heaven forbid your heat or air conditioning go out. The stairs are uneven and people routinely fall up and down the stairs, and should they try to grab the railing it will collapse on them because the metal supports have rusted through. They only put band aides on the problems rather than fixing them. So, good luck when you make your decision, but from one west hills resident, to you, I recommend looking else where for living arrangements.
