Extremely poor management - these guys should manage animals !!! Manager: Teresa Boggs Director: Doug Schmitt Management company: Villagegreen Apartments [www.villagegreen.com] Other apartments managed by this company: Mallard Lakes Townhouses; Preserve at Beckett Ridge; Arbors of Anderson & Stonegate Apartments This management company will rent to anyone - and I mean ANYONE. They dont care as long as the units are filled up and rent is coming in. Had neighbors move in and in 5 months cops were called 15 times for noise and partying problems. Initially Teresa told me that severe action was going to be taken after the cops were called 3 times !!! Everytime I went to Teresa to complain she played dumb and said that I was the only one complaining. Finally found out that 5 other apartments had complained and to each one she lied and told them that theirs was the ONLY complaint she had heard of these tenents. Took the complaints to the headoffice level ( Doug Schmitt) and a farce of an investigation was done. Basically they claimed to talk to 3 residents ( which was untrue as I later found out ) and a decision was made to do nothing!!! Teresa Boggs is real good at playing dumb and sweeping problems under the carpet as long as the rent keeps coming in. Again it is your luck who you have as neighbors but this is for certain - if you do have problem neighbors, Teresa Boggs, Doug Scmitt of villagegreen apartments will play dumb and do nothing about it. Cant wait to get out of this dump!!!! PS: I would give a rating lower than 1 if I could go lower but the least is 1 !!!
