Apartment Review for Village At Stetson Square - Cincinnati, OH

We moved in when the apts. were brand new and have had our items ruined by water leaks and can never get a good nights sleep due to the fire alarms in the building constantly going off in the middle of the night. Maintenance issues are not handled in a timely manner and if you they come to fix the problem you have to have them back at least a couple more time because they did not know how to fix it right the first time. The place looks beautiful and they sell you on the amenities and the convenience to everything. Beware if customer service is what you want then you need to look elsewhere.
