Apartment Review for Uptown Rental Properties - Cincinnati, OH

These clowns just purchased our building and they have made everything 1000 times worse. I thought the last owners were bad because they didn't fix stuff unless you really complained a lot. But I guess it's a case of "careful what you wish for." The Uptown Clowns have arrived and they've made it impossible for us to receive packages because they won't install a building intercom (too expensive) but they require us to keep the front door locked at all times. They claim to have given UPS and FedEx keys but the delivery guys don't have them and can't get in. They have now proceeded to lay waste to the building backyard which was a nice green space with big, beautiful old trees. They've CUT DOWN EVERYTHING and are going to build a parking lot even though there is ample parking on the street. This of course isn't "too expensive" because they'll surely charge tenants for parking. So instead of a nice, quiet, peaceful backyard full of birds and other animal life, we'll now have a strip of asphalt and cars driving in and out of it all day and night. Awesome. These guys are the worse. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
