Apartment Review for Uptown Rental Properties - Cincinnati, OH

Uptown Rental Properties is one of the largest property owners around the University of Cincinnati area. Plain and simple- they lie, cheat, and steal. They never do upkeep inside the property. Trash lines the hallways for weeks. But they keep the outside looking supernice. They were always slow with maintenance, if they did it at all. They did not fix things that were their responsibility, and we had to spend our own money. Their front office is friendly when you need them for small things. But when we actually needed to talk to the landlord, they were rude, short, and condescending. They have NO desire to help any individual tenant. Only take their money. And if you happen to go through the first year of your lease with them, I 100% guarantee they will raise the rent significantly the following year, to try to squeeze more out of you.
