old apartment complex in decent shape. All breeds of dogs allowed. Property manager is normal, maintenance is usually prompt. Slight problem with hot water in the winter. Trash in yard from pedestrians makes the place look less appealing. 2 minute walk from skyline, graeters, IGA, esquire, other restaurants.  Need to rent an apartment?
