We have lived here for 10 years next month (July 2009). Requested new Dishwasher and Stove last September and was told to be patient. 10 months later, still no stove or dishwasher. Our rent is supposed to go up by over $200 in October. I wish there was some way to FORCE management to fix our appliances.  Need to rent an apartment?
