Apartment Review for Timber Ridge - Cincinnati, OH

This apartment has been nothing short of horrendous. The complex came under new management over the summer of 2008 and although the new staff are awfully full of themselves and claim to be so much better, they are worse. They are more concerned about conning new people into renting an apartment there than actually caring for their residents and the complex. I have had to call the police to the complex numerous times for a variety of issues from noise complaints to fights. It is not safe or child friendly. Maintenance requests can take weeks and even months to fill, the staff are rude and unprofessional, and although minor improvements are being made to the apartments they are falling apart. Maintenance is lazy and do not do their job well, just "enough" to satisfy the issue but don't actually solve the problems. Staff will enter your apartment whenever they please without notification to the resident. They do not respect complaints or requests regardless of how urgent they are. The living room windows open up into a courtyard area for each building so people are constantly looking right in your home or standing outside/walking by constantly. The parking lot is located directly outside the bedrooms so headlights shine into your bedroom at all hours, you can hear people honking and slamming car doors constantly. The trees drop sap onto the cars and damage the paint so people fight for spaces that are not near trees (which is hard to come by). You can hear your neighbors talking, watching tv, walking, everything they do. Noise is a problem. I would absolutely NOT recommend this complex to anyone. For the price you can spend your money much better elsewhere!
