Apartment Review for The Villages At Symmes Crossing - Cincinnati, OH

we have live here for a year and the service is just horrible! there is no proper insulation in the walls, you can hear everything your neighbor does! heat bill is extremely high in the winter!! you have to share the water and sewage bill with everyone in your complex! so if you dont use water, you pay for others! Maintenance does not come on time to fix leaks or any other complaints you might have, apartments are cheaply renovated by workers that dont have a clue about construction. you can actually see the nails through the dry wall! carpeting not trimmed nor vinyl floors properly cut and finished. first day of move in there was crap all over the bathroom floor!!! and they charge you tons to live in a low grade apts. 2 fires in 2 yrs!!! tells you something about safety! RIP OFFS! Property and office managers are worthless bunch of liars! dont waste your time and money. YOU PAY FOR ALL THE UTILITIES THEY PAY FOR NOTHING!
