I rented for 1 year. The office staff was always friendly and helpful; always returning my emails that day. All maintenance requests (none of which were emergencies) were completed the next day. I was looking for a unit which had covered parking and a washer / dryer in the apartment and this was the most reasonably priced in the area I was looking for.  Need to rent an apartment?
