Apartment Review for The Forum Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

The security guard does not patrol during the winter, and I've had park 3 buildings away from the building I live in before. I've heard a car get broken into right outside my window, the fire alarm goes off sometimes 2 times per night, gun shots are heard at least once a week during the summer, when I moved in, there was paint and stains over the carpet, doorknobs, cabinets, toilet, bathtub, etc. The maintenance crew came to my apartment without notice one day when I was sleeping and knocked once, then came on in the apartment. They claimed that I had a water leak in the bathtub when there really wasn't one. They got black sewage crap all over the tub, the shower curtain, the rug, and tracked it through to the door. They broke the hot water handle (which had worked fine before they showed up) and left their black crud all over the place. The noise is horrible. Neighbors pee off the balconies, throw parties, blast music and start at 8am and don't stop until 5:30am the next morning. Management was rude and gave bad information. There is one water heater to the entire building and it took a week to repair it when it broke, meaning no one had hot water the entire time. There are 2 elevators, and of the 2, at least one has been broken for the last 4 months and they won't fix it.
