Apartment Review for Telegraph Hill - Cincinnati, OH

I have lived here for a little over 5 years. Thankfully I will be leaving soon. This place has one bad manager after the other. They rent to anybody, including people with extremely bad records. While walking I heard one guy say he had did time for manslaughter he was talking to some other guy who was also talking about his prison time. THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR MY FAMILY ANYMORE. The young girls run around in bikini's, and the manager doesn't fix ANYTHING. I was talking to someone and one of the buildings near the pool is infested with BEDBUGS and nothing is done about it. I can't wait for the building department to come through. People they don't care about you, just your money. The will not fix anything, they will fight you the whole way and say its on order or the owner won't let me. The manager is nothing but talk and so was the last one. They always blame some guy that owns the property and say he doesnt want to spend the money. If you move here you can't say your were not warned. With all that said, there are some people who are nice here. They are also planning to move. Its a true same because this property can be beautiful, but they wont do what is needed to make it nice, except if you live at the managers building. There you can have grass that is not all weeds or rocks. Don't be fooled by the lies they tell renters!!They will also threaten to raise your rent if you don't sign a 14 month lease. Can't wait to move.
