Apartment Review for Sycamore Creek - Cincinnati, OH

I lived in my apartment for less than a year. I moved in during the summer and the air conditioning was busted. (I noted this on the move-in checklist). Their lease says that any day the temp exceeds 85 degrees, air conditioning issues will become an emergency. My air conditioner was busted the entire summer. They finally replaced it 2 and a half months after I moved in when it was no longer needed. This apartment offers a storage for everyone. When I went to use my storage I was shocked that it was not accessible due to the fire damage debree. Apparently a fire had taken place months before my move in and management didn't find it necessary to repair. I am in the process of filing a claim against the apartment for the problems I encountered and their failure to return my security deposit. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Live in your car before you sign a lease here.
