Apartment Review for Sutton Place - Cincinnati, OH

I have lived at Sutton Place for almost 2 yrs. I cannot wait for my lease to be up! The apartment is nice but old. There are seedy characters walking around at night and I had my car broken into right in front of my apartment. If I could take this apartment and move it to a better area with a better management company I would. Maintenance is SLOW and apartments are overpriced unless you move in on a special which is rare. Wouldn't recommend for a single female. Unless she had a dog for alarm and guard.
