Apartment Review for Sutton Place - Cincinnati, OH

The apartments are very large, 2 bedroom 2 bath 1,000 sq ft for only 625. But you get what you pay for. The area is fine by day but by night... We had issues with our apartment smelling like pot from a neighbor, and a car was recently stolen. It is an older complex so everything is tired looking. That being said, they do try to freshen the place up periodically and it makes a difference. The office people were always incredibly nice though and very friendly. They really do need an office on site though. It is a great stepping stone while you find some other place to live. We cannot wait to move, but we are very grateful to have found this place while we searched for a more permanent location. This is by far the best apartments in the heart of Mt. Washington!
