Apartment Review for Sutton Place - Cincinnati, OH

It wasnt terrible living here and if you are someone looking for their first apartment its great. Its very quiet and well lit. It does sit next to a not so great area and we had our cars broken into a couple of times. Parking was terrible! It was impossible to find a close spot after 7pm and if you had friends or family over they would have to park about half a mile down the road and accross the street in parking spaces that were a bit scary with the pot holes, etc. The maintenence are great though. The were always VERY nice, always smiled and waved everytime the saw you. Office was not so much. Of course you need to make sure all agreements are in writting but you constantly had to remind them to read those notes. They need to create an on site office, if you need to do something in person , it will include a 30 min drive over to their office on Ridge Ave and hopefully you dont have a job because the are only in that office about 3 days a week and for only half days.
