Apartment Review for Summit View Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

I lived here from 2000 to 2005. I was very happy with everything till the day Tammy Lynch became the manager on site. To put it in mild and civil term- she was rude, impolite, unfriendly, and inconsiderate. This opinion is based not on a single phone call, but over several phone conversations, and meetings in person. I have lived here through the tenure of 2 other managers who were very cordial. I moved withing 4 months from the day Tammy started handling the day to day business at the Summit.
