Apartment Review for Sprucewood Manor Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

We were frequently without running water in the main bathroom, so our 9-yr-old and all guests would have to use the master bathroom for weeks at a time. We would notify the site manager and, after being QUITE unfriendly, she would tell us that someone would be out *soon*. We currently don't have water and haven't for more than three weeks. Also, their move-out notification is AWFUL. It has to be BEFORE the first of the month and you still have to pay the FULL MONTH in which you're moving out. Otherwise you will forfeit your security deposit of a full month's rent. We are moving out this weekend after having dealt with her (the site manager) for just over a year, and I say "good riddance". Sadly, though, the people that live in our building are great. We'll miss them, but that's the ONLY thing we'll miss.
