Apartment Review for Southern Trace Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

Don't move here. Electric bill will eat you alive (1 bedroom about 150 a month). Horrible up keep. Half of laundry rooms are mold covered, not to mention..all balconeys are unsafe. Washer and dryers do not work well, and all water heaters blow up all the time (horrible water pressure), not to mention the up keep on appliances. Every year I have to be put on the list for central air to be fixed (this takes about 6+ weeks to get to you). Also..bus line is the one that only runs in the mornings and evening..not so bus excessable...
