We moved from out of state and did not know the nightmare that we were getting ourselves into. The maintenance was never done, the hallways had homeless people in them. I never allowed my children to play outside for fear of what they may see. there are racoons living in the attic. The water heaters leak from the third floor down. The office has been through 4 managers in the two years that I had lived there. Rose by far is the worst, she is rude and doesn't care about the residents. You are better off living under a bridge
