Apartment Review for Southern Trace Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. A long distance move trapped us into staying for awhile. To begin with, the apartment was far from prepared to have someone move in. The appliances were absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the doors and walls. We forced them to give us another apartment and I still emptied 3 full vaccuum bags pulling dirt out of the carpet. Raccoons lived in the attic and walls and kept us awake many night scratching and breeding. I was even forced to listen to a baby coon being killed by who knows what. After awhile, urine stains started to bleed through the paint on the ceiling. Maintence was always bandaid and temporary if you could get them to come out at all. Problems that existed when I moved in still existed when I moved out despite many promises that they would be taken care of. We nicknamed the yard around our apartment "dung hill" because of the sheer amount of dog feces that were everywhere. I prefered my son to play in the parking lot because of what all was in the grass. There are no words to describe how horrible living at this apartment was for me.
