Apartment Review for Park Valley Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

Honey thats nothing! I have lived here for nearly three years now and I was sucked under the scheme when they were still owned by berkshire reality group then converted to karam managed properties, which is a total joke. Don't even think about calling the so-called "emergency" maintanance line because the operator will put you down claiming that whatever mishaps you're experiencing at the time of incident, will not be considered an emergency. OH and don't even get me started on how screwed up the management is...child these people are crooks and need to be charged and shut down ASAP! I just renewed my lease (as month to month because I be damned if I sign another 12 month) and the poor little girl (because thats what she is, she looks to be no older than I am which is sad) had the audacity to ask me did I pay for water. Now honey Park Valley in all my years of living here has never charged for water and don't look like they will in the near future, I just looked at her cross-eyed lol. You took the words right out of my mouth plus watch when one of your neighbors move out and these run down hole in the grass "contractors" comes out to gut out the vacant apartment. You will be awaked by loud radio playing across the hall by the workers, they'll leave the door wide open for bootlegged advertisement of their "magnificent work" (yeah right) and will also occassionally smoke in the apartment take their lunch break while they are suppose to be on duty. That is just pathetic and they have the nerve to call themselves "professionals". JOKE! Whatever you do I repeat DO NOT MOVE TO PARK VALLEY APARTMENTS!!!
