Apartment Review for Paradrome Square Properties - Cincinnati, OH

This place is falling apart. the grounds are filthy, the AC barely works. One window unit for the whole place. It is boiling hot in the summer, and freezing in the winter. Utility bills are ridiculous for the tiny size. I lived in a place twice the size as the studio, and it was 30-40 dollars cheaper a month. There is someone living in the basement next to the laundry room. Talk about creepy. Don't move in. It is a terrible place. Forget about the snow removal in the winter. It's pretty dang hard to plow a gravel parking lot. And if you don't have a sub compact car, forget about parking in the dilapidated car ports. Oh yeah one more thing. If you like the sound of an ambulance, and or police driving by with sirens blaring you will love it. Average is about 15 minutes.
