Apartment Review for Paradrome Square Properties - Cincinnati, OH

My friend and I rented from Ken and Missy about a year ago. We ended our lease with them a few months ago because they never took care of any of our maintenance issues. They ignored 4 of my emails that I sent saying that my heating bill is $1400 for two months for a two bedroom. They never cared. Then they charged us for old carpet that needed to be replaced before we moved in. I was even charged more on top of my security deposit for "damages". Don't waste your time. Rent from someone else.
