It's unfortunate that this beautiful old building that Paradrome owns is routinely allowed to crumble around all of us who rent here. Safety issues are ignored, phone calls are RARELY, if ever, returned in a timely manner. I have NEVER heard anything good about these people (from current or former tenants)..all they do is take your money and then ignore the problems that their tenants have. AVOID at all costs!!  Need to rent an apartment?
