these people are okay, not great. they weren t very good about fixing problems. and, they charge too much security deposit -- one month s rent plus $100. ohio law states they must pay the tenant interest on the $100 but they never do. also they withheld what i consider to be an irrational amount of my security deposit. i d look hard for another landlord before settling on these people.
