Where to begin. They will say anything to sucker you into a lease, throw in empty promises. The "cleaners" don't exist. The hallway is littered with garbage and cigarettes, the stair railings falling off the walls. The heat doesn't work, AC isn't provided. The building is not secure other than "no trespassing" signs. Two registered sex offenders live in this building, and one next door, which you won't be informed of. The building is infested with roaches and bed bugs. which the landlord tries to make you at fault for. Apartment is also entered without any prior notification. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
