Apartment Review for North Park Townhomes - Cincinnati, OH

I have lived here a year and a half, and the only problems I've had are with a set of neighbors being noisy and stealing our parking space. Every time I've had a maintenance issue, it was swiftly resolved, with one exception (a recurring wasp nest). I am moving because I can no longer afford the gas and water on top of rent since they switched providers. If you can afford the utilities, this is a great place to live.
