not a good place to live or study for college students. extremely noisy. Doors slamming, loud hi-fi stereos blasting late at night. permitt illegal drug use on premises. overcrowding of to many people in one bedroom apartments. Have to deal with rowdy crack head teenagers (gang members) living on the premises. Lots of cussing and fussing going on in the hallways.Resident Manager extremely indifferent and uncaring towards tenants. I do not feel safe living on premises. Management not trained to deal with ongoing nuisances on the premises. Police had to be called to premises to help deal with nuisance problems. extremely stressful living hear.
