Apartment Review for Mccauly Crossing Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

I love my apartment, but my rent is ridiculous. I know people with the same apartment (and a better view) are paying a lot lower rent. I was laid off work and asked why I was paying so much more and wanted to know if I could pay similar rates to the other people in my building. The office game me a really lame excuse and said they could do nothing to help me and maybe I should have thought about money before I resigned. That makes me feel like crap and really helps my finances a lot, thanks... They jacked my rent up when I resigned, and said I was a great tenant, never paying late and my checks never bounce, and really wanted me to stay. So why raise my rent? The bathrooms in the clubhouse are always out of TP, soap, and paper towels. There was poop on the floor for about a week and nothing was done. It's a "gated" community, but the gates are usually open for anybody (including the trailer park folks next door) to come in.
