Apartment Review for Lisa Ridge Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

Not too happy with this place. It is safe, with a key door entry.. that's the plus, but neighbors are noisy and play music all hours of the night. You can't decorate your balcony the way you want it, (you can't have this one it, that on it..etc..) and you have to get your car approved before you can park here, and by no means can it have a dent in it, if it does, it has to be fixed or you can't park it here.. totally outragous!
