Joseph and Samantha Sansone are very accountable people. They have given me their home and cell phone numbers. If I can not talk to them directly, they get back to me within 24 hours. They have given me "same day service" for problems. And, at the least, weekend service for non-immediate issues. (They also arrive every weekend to perform normal cleaning and maintance around the building.) There are three other renters. They are friendly, quite, and helpful. Brentwood plaza is across the street. The laundry is free and the Sansones give us each a gift card at Christmas!
