diminish. Along with this there has been increasing property damage, vandalism and theft. I have been here for 2 years... Read More This community changed ownership and management at the start of 2004 and the changes have been phenomenal. Renovations are near complete and the tenant base has improved This complex is going to hell. All of the equipment in the units is failing and the maintenace is Heritage Terrace Information Heritage Terrace is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
