Apartment Review for Heritage Terrace - Cincinnati, OH

Since I have been a resident here I have seen the quality of new residents diminish. Along with this there has been increasing property damage, vandalism and theft. I have been here for 2 years and plan on moving as soon as my lease is up. I have had a motorcycle stolen, tires on my car slashed, another vehicle keyed. There has recently been a car stolen and several vehicles broken into. There were some young folks who lived in the building next to me who got drunk and ran into several parked cars in the parking lot, also I found that some of the previous staff with keys to my unit were x-convicts. The management cares more about being in residents personal affairs than the safety. DONT RENT HERE!!!
