Apartment Review for Harkavy Management Services - Cincinnati, OH

Wow I live at Dina Terrace and after reading the review response by an employee of the management team, I am 100% convinced that NO ONE that works for this Harkavy is professional. Our maintenance guy spends all of his time in one apartment, most likely doing anything but working (well the work that he was hired to do and gets paid for). As for the manger @ dina terrace she is very unprofessional and always has quite a few people in her office that are not there to look at apt but are there just to "hang out". Also nothing gets repaired, my dishwasher has been broken since day 1, they sent some one out to fix it once and he said that the motor was blown but they have not been back since and that was September. The maintenance people do enter apts with out prior notice, granted they do leave a note that they were in the apt after the fact, but that does violate renter's rights in Ohio. They also towed vehicles with out notice which is another violation of Cheviot's laws. I really wish that i was not in a jam and had to move into the apts. HMS ARE THE DEFINITION OF SLUMLORDS
