New building management is horrible. They are not responsive to phone calls or emails about maintenance or any other issues. They entered our apartment without permission as well. Shared areas are also not being kept up. For example, a ceiling screen in the elevator broke and instead of fixing it, then just removed all the ceiling screens so you look up into the dirt exhaust fan and covered light bulbs.
