Apartment Review for Hale Justis Lofts - Cincinnati, OH

It's been the coldest apt. I've ever lived in. In the dead of winter, with the high ceilings, ancient windows, concrete floors and non-existent insulation (exposed brick) the under-sized furnace and heat exchanger are no match for Cincy Winters (or late Falls and early Springs for that matter). Check with Cinergy for average monthly utility bills because this winter (with higher energy costs) I have been averaging approx. $350+ / month for gas and elec. Add to that the costs for the additional coats and blankets you'll need to stay thawed and you could afford another apartment to get you through the winter months. And don't get me (or my neighbors) started on the thickness of the walls. I can hear my neighbors when they use their microwave!
