recently took away free street parking to add metered parking no consideration for tenants without paid spots( city related). The apartments are very spacious, however the walls are incredibly thin, you can hear the other tenants coughing in adjacent apartments. very dusty, virtually no lighting must bring your own. the spaces have a very unique feel right on the verge of artsy,contemporary. only way to move in is through a moderately sized elevator, or a stairwell with 180 deg. turns
