Apartment Review for Groesbeck Gardens - Cincinnati, OH

This is the worst place that i have ever lived.leaky roofs, roaches and mold. Roaming cats running wild at night. What a nightmare. The staff are unprofessional and need a inservice on customer care. Winter's are even better. If you like heat well keep looking. Most of the apartments spare second bedrooms do not have heat. Heat is a luxury that the resident's at groesbeck garden's do not have. Not a safe place to raise a family. Broken locks on entry doors. Broken surrveilance cameras. The view of garbage as you look out in the morning.
