Apartment Review for Glen Maple Apartments - Cincinnati, OH

This place is owned by a slum lord. If you don't already have a handy man degree, you will after living here. The "maintenance" people that they do have are severely incompetent and are not skilled and/or licensed to fix many of the problem that arise, such as HVAC and plumbing. The management is simply a warm body to collect rent and serve as a fall guy when things do go wrong. They will make empty promises that are never kept. The units themselves are old. Windows and doors are drafty, appliances often do not work and are severely outdated. Several units have had both bed bug and termite infestation. Litter can be found on the grounds, including broken beer bottles and cans. The dumpsters are overflowing weekly with old mattresses and furniture from the many evictions that occur. I would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone on the basis of what it costs to rent vs. the quality of life. Comparable apartments in the area offer significantly more amenities and are run by professional companies.
