I WOULD NEVER RENEW A LEASE WITH THEM EVEN IF THE RENT WAS FREE!! PLEASE BEWARE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO SHARE YOUR APARTMENT WITH 100'S BEDBUGS AND ROACHES THEN STAY AWAY!! You pay rent based on how much they feel they can charge you. I moved in the same exact day as another couple and found the i was paying 20 more than average tenant.
