Apartment Review for Four Towers - Cincinnati, OH

People who live here are very rude and don't really care about any one else. There's this one guy who blares his stereo all night long and keeps us awake at night. We have constantly asked him to turn it down, but he just blows us off. They let anyone live here. I always feel so uncomfortable walking around. Some creeps live here. One time I was pushing my daughter in a stroller with my two younger sisters (minors), some guy was standing in front of the sliding door and pulled his pants down and he played with himself. I couldn't believe it! I don't smoke and I have a baby. The lady that shows people the apartments and sometimes delivers notices smells like an ashtray. She came to my apartment smoking her cigarette. They also have bugs here. I'm a clean person, but sometimes I can't seem to get rid of the damn roaches. They give me the creeps. They also get ants and many other bugs. Some people don't seem to realize that people live here and drive like crazy though the parking lot. I'm always worried that someone's going to get hit. The kitchen's are tiny! The oven sucks! I used to be able to bake things pretty good where I used to live, but not here. They don't get cooked evenly. The ceiling links (I don't know what the heck the people above us do.) The walls are thin as paper. You pretty much can't hang anything on the walls, and if you do and later decide to move it, you're left with very large holes everywhere. Plus, they say that these apartments are really sound proofed. Whatever! You can hear anything and everything! The airconditioner is the worst!!! We have central air, but there's a box for some reason in one of the windows. When it first turns on, it makes a very loud roaring noise. It scares me and my daughter sleeps in that room and she wakes up screaming because of it. And of course, with many old buildings, it is very drafty. During the winter it gets pretty cold and your electric bill goes pretty up. Those alluminum windows just don't cut it. The laundry area is disgusting! The poked a hole through the vent so all the air from the dryer just goes into the building instead of outside and in the summer it really gets hot. They have the worst machines and they are constantly breaking. You would think that they would just break down and buy new ones. But...no. The people that use them are rude, too. They take up the room all day long because they leave their clothes in the washer and dryer and forget to move them. We're going to move from here as soon as possible. I hate living here. The only possitives about this place is that the masterbedroom is large and the living room is large. There is a lot of storage space and you don't have to pay for water.
